Our Company History

Smart Distribution (Pvt) Ltd is a rapidly growing and one of the leading enterprises in importing quality consumer goods. Since its inception, the company strives to increase the value of its brand with the best quality products from Europe, Turkey, and China for over sixteen years.

It started its journey with Mitsubishi Media products and Brother fax machines from Singapore with exclusive distributorship. Then in 2004, the company expanded its focus to FMCG products.

With a vision to deliver the best quality goods at reasonable prices, it started marketing Europe's famous Cyprus-origin brands like Nannys Baby Love (baby diapers), Tender (adult diapers), and Nannys Baby Wipes with exclusivity.

In its journey of expansion, the company introduced non-alcoholic malted drink "MOUSSY" in Bangladesh as a strategic product diversification. Additionally, it represents Indonesia's Fullo Blasto chocolates, Pakistan's mouth freshener (betel spices), Pakistani Basmati rice, and Lazzat spices.

The company also markets Turkey’s famous "SMART" brand shoe and leather care products with the slogan “The Smartest Way to Take Care of.”

To meet growing customer demand, the company markets its own brand Smart Baby Diaper, Turkey's Freshlife Adult Diaper, Freshmaker Wet Tissues, and Indonesia's Formula Oral Care products.

Further expanding into the medical sector, it partnered with Malaysia's famous glove manufacturer "TOP GLOVE."

SDPL ventured into manufacturing with its registered brand "SmartCare" for wet wipes and started its air freshener manufacturing plant under the brand "Ermani."

The company aims to provide world-class FMCG products to contribute to national development through ethical practices and continuous innovation.
